How Do I Know What My Home Is Worth?
Answer: We help you! We prepare a free comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis(CMA), of SOLD HOMES, using the same technique as appraisers. This will assist YOU in determining the correct price for your home. We will prepare a "Net Proceeds Sheet" that will estimate your net prodeeds upon selling. This approach takes into consideration the current homes FOR SALE or PENDING. We also review sales for the past 6 months to compare how long it may take to sell and review the market trends.
